1. Mandatory Handling, Courier and COD Charges:
• A ₹100 Handling & Courier Charge is applicable on every order, without exception.
• This charge is collected upfront at the time of checkout along with product cost.
• The ₹100 fee is strictly non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, return, exchange, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts.
This amount covers packaging materials, warehouse handling, logistics coordination, and courier service costs.

2. Order Processing:
• All orders are processed within 5–7 working days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are dispatched from our location in Redo Yoou.
• Orders are processed only on business days (excluding public holidays).
Redo Yoou reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of high order volume, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Coverage:
• We ship across PAN India.
• Our goal is to make Redo Yoou accessible to customers across every region of India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on service coverage in certain remote or non-serviceable areas.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline:
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the date of order placement.
• Metro Cities: 5–7 working days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 working days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, festivals, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility:
• Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard policy.
• If a customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be returned to us.
• In such cases, the ₹100 Handling & Courier Charge remains non-refundable.
• Re-shipping the order may require additional shipping payment from the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Redo Yoou will not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact information.
