At Redo Yoou, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. To maintain fairness and prevent misuse of our policies, the following strict return and refund terms apply to all orders.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Mandatory Charges (Non-Refundable):
• A ₹100 Handling & Courier Charge is applied to every order.
• This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility:
• In case of size issues with custom t-shirts, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. (Shoppers are requested to check the Size Guide before placing an order.)
• If a custom product is faulty or damaged from our end, the customer may proceed with a return request.
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests raised after 3 days will be automatically rejected.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• Any sign of use, perfume, stains, damage, washing, or tag removal will lead to rejection.
• Each product is eligible for only one exchange.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Redo Yoou reserves the full right to decline returns that fail quality inspection.

3. Proof Requirement (Mandatory):
Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:
• Parcel condition before opening
• Shipping label
• Product and tags
Claims regarding missing, damaged, wrong, or defective items without proper unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Reverse Pickup Policy:
Customers must ship the product to our mentioned address at: Address details will be provided to the customer after the approval of return or exchange request from our(redoyoou) side.
Please ensure:
• The ORDER ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package.
• The item is securely packed to avoid transit damage.
• The courier tracking details are shared with our support team.
• We recommend using India Post Register Parcel for reliable delivery.
• Courier charges will be added to your product cost and will be refunded.

5. Refund Rules:
Refunds are processed only after:
• Product reaches place
• Product passes strict quality inspection
Prepaid Orders:
• Refund will be issued to original payment method or Redo Yoou Wallet.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days (bank dependent).
Important:
• ₹100 Handling & Courier Charges are non-refundable.
• Any purchase made using wallet credits will be refunded back as wallet credits only.
Redo Yoou reserves the right to deduct return shipping, damage recovery, or restocking charges if applicable.

6. Cancellation & Modification Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Even in case of cancellation before dispatch, ₹100 handling (if applicable) remain non-refundable.

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention:
Redo Yoou actively monitors return behavior.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse returns from customers with excessive return history
• Block accounts suspected of misuse
• Reject claims without sufficient evidence
• Take necessary action in case of fraudulent activities

8. Shipping Policy:
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
• Delivery timeline:
o Metro cities: 5–7 working days
o Other regions: 5–7 working days
• We ship across India from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

9. Customer Responsibility:
• Customers must carefully review size chart before placing order.
• Product colour may slightly vary due to screen resolution.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping and bank details.
Redo Yoou will not be responsible for incorrect details provided by the customer.
